Shipping
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. We are a small team, which means some orders may be subject to certain delays.
Once processed, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-7 business days after its ship date.
We do not ship on the weekend or on public holidays.
Returns
Don't love your item? We get it, it happens.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any questions.

Once your return is processed, give us 10-14 days to issue your store credit, which will be sent to your email.
At this time, we only offer full refunds through store credit. *NOTE: shipping fees will not be refunded.

Don't love the fit and want to exchange for another size? No problem! Let us know at help@shop-baere.com and we'll help you.
If we happen to no longer have the size or color you're searching for, we're happy to issue full store credit.
Store Credit
If you received store credit, you have one year from its date of issue to use it.
