Yes, but we cannot offer a refund, we currently only offer refunds through store credit. Simply send us an email with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Once your store credit has been issued, you have up to one year to use it. If you’d like to purchase something with store credit, simply use the code we sent you via email and apply it at check out as you would with a promo code.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and ship your items. We do not ship out on weekends or on public holidays.
We are still a small team so some orders may be subject to delays.
Once we ship your order, you will be emailed a tracking number. Items should arrive within a week of shipment.
We check each item for any potential imperfections before sending out your order. If you do happen to find that your item has arrived dirty or damaged, please send us an email so we can figure out how to best assist you.
If there is enough demand for a restock on an item, or a few items, then we will do our best to provide that for you. As of right now, restocks are not guaranteed due to the limited availability of the fabrics.
Currently, we only ship within Indonesia.
When you checkout, input the promo code into the promo code box and click apply. If you happen to have any difficulties, send us a line and we’ll do our best to assist you.
If you have a welcome code, you can only use it on your first order.
Unfortunately, we are only online for now. If we ever open a store or hold pop-ups, we will send out an email and let you know via social media. Don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter (we promise we don’t spam) and follow us on Instagram to stay up to date.
